Anyone else feeling those winter blues? We made it through the stressful holidays! But if you're like me, you did it probably eating not the healthiest foods, and getting enough sleep. On top of stress, we've had only a little light for the last few months, which might lead many of us to feel like we need to move more slowly (or less), sleep more, or may be getting into a Netflix rut.
